Job Summary
Perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, and supervise PTAs and home health aides in community home health settings. Evaluate the home environment as part of the plan of care while managing chronic conditions and injuries. Requires a current South Carolina license, BLS certification, and reliable transportation for 5x8 day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body
- Current, unencumbered South Carolina physical therapy license
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home health or community-based care
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience
