Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings. Treat normal diagnoses while working variable shifts of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday coverage unless required. Maintain a typical patient ratio of eight per day Monday through Thursday and six on Fridays. Possess an active state license, a doctorate from an accredited APTA-approved school, and at least two years of current PT experience. Bring a valid BLS certification and your own vehicle, as you must be able to float to inpatient PT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- 2 years current PT experience
- Doctorate
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Previous rehab experience
- Ability to work inpatient PT as needed
- Ability to treat normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics
- Active American Heart Association BLS
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
