Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to homebound patients in Ronceverte, WV, performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting using OASIS and HCHB. Supervise PT assistants and aides where experience is preferred, while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. This assignment requires an active WV license, BLS certification, and home health experience, with no weekends or on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active WV Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Experience with OASIS documentation
- Demonstrated skills in exercise programming, rehabilitation, and patient evaluations in homecare settings
- Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop measurable goals and treatment plans, and document per company, funding source, and regulatory timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HCHB
- Experience supervising PT assistants and aides consistent with state practice act
