Maintain an active state license in Vermont or New Hampshire, or hold an unencumbered compact license, while possessing one year of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

- One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting
