Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in acute care or hospital settings. Perform objective assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in electronic medical records. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and float within the health system to cover other hospital units as needed. Requires an active Florida State Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing care is preferred. Available for a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with full-time pay, 100% paid housing, and relocation assistance.
