Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic serving a rural population, managing ortho and neuro caseloads from pediatric to geriatric patients. Conduct 1-on-1 therapy sessions and supervise or develop therapy assistants as needed. Document patient progress using Epic electronic medical record systems. Float to inpatient areas occasionally when required. Work evening shifts, Monday through Friday, with a typical schedule of 36-40 hours per week. This assignment supports clinical outcomes and team operations within a small-city, rural lifestyle near Paint Creek State Park.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy in a clinic setting, including ortho and neuro caseloads
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to provide 1-on-1 patient care and supervise or develop therapy assistants as needed
- Willingness to float to inpatient areas occasionally
- Evenings shift availability
- 36-40 hours per week schedule
- Monday–Friday work week
- 7:00 AM–7:00 PM clinic hours
Desired Qualifications
