Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Conduct skilled physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Manage caseloads per facility documentation and regulatory standards, with a preference for experience in 5x8 schedules and post-acute care documentation systems. Maintain an active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Work days shifts from 08:30–16:30, five shifts per week. This travel assignment offers flexibility and professional growth opportunities including temp-to-hire and direct hire placements, with housing and travel reimbursement provided.
