Conduct inpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while collaborating with nursing and rehab colleagues. Manage care for diverse populations using Epic EMR and adhere to facility policies and documentation standards. Maintain a 5x8 schedule with shifts starting at 07:00, 08:00, or 09:00, with preferred weekend coverage of approximately one day per month. Float across local campuses within the same discipline as needed.
