Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct patient rehabilitation and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility in New Hope, MN. Assist patients recovering from injuries while supporting post-acute care and rehabilitation programs. Maintain accurate documentation using systems common in long-term care settings. This assignment requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and an active Minnesota license. BLS certification is required or may be required prior to start. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota state physical therapy license

- Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
