Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in Athol, Massachusetts. Provide care across a 4x10 schedule with two evenings per week over assignments ranging from 13 to 26 weeks. Utilize the Raintree EMR system and complete three hours of HealthStream modules prior to starting. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-approved school. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
