Maintain an active state license and possess proficiency with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice
- BLS certification required
