Job Summary
Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Support both outpatient and periodic inpatient coverage in a hospital setting in Ukiah, CA. Work day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 5 x 8 schedule, with variable start times. Ability to work weekends every 5–7 weeks to cover inpatient duties is required. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
- Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Must have women's health experience and/or certification or be working toward PRPC or WCS.
- Ability to work weekends every 5–7 weeks to cover inpatient duties.
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience.
- Two years' experience preferred in order notes.
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
