Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Develop evaluation plans, write goals, and document care in electronic medical records while performing therapeutic interventions that support functional return to community activities. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as needed. Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice acts and facility policies. Requires an active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and prior outpatient experience; no new graduates accepted. Assignment includes a 13-week duration on a 5x8 schedule with 100% paid housing, weekly pay, and full medical benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
- Competence with evaluation, plan of care development, goal writing, and documentation in outpatient electronic medical records
- Ability to perform therapeutic interventions that support functional return to community activities
- Ability to delegate/direct discipline-specific therapy services as needed
- Ability to maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and facility policies
- No New Grads
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising students and participating in clinician education
- Familiarity with safe patient handling techniques
