Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for injury recovery and chronic condition management in Louisville, KY. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Maintain safe patient handling and follow clinic safety procedures. Hold an active Kentucky Physical Therapy license, a BPT degree, and BLS certification. Participate in student supervision and professional development activities. Work a 5x8 shift pattern for a 13-week assignment. Gain clinical variety and assignment flexibility while providing high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Clinical competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Ability to perform safe patient handling and follow clinic safety procedures
