Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for skilled patients and long-term care residents, managing recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and complete required BLS certification. Utilize Net Health or PCC EMR systems for daily documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
