Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Treat approximately 55–63 patients per week using the Raintree EMR system. Work Monday through Friday from 08:00–16:30, with flexibility for 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, including two evenings until 19:30. Float to other facilities when requested. Maintain an active Massachusetts physical therapy license and hold BLS certification. This assignment offers clinical variety and professional growth within a patient-centered care model, with flexible lengths ranging according to client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active MA physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
- Experience with EMR systems
- Must be willing to float to other facilities when requested
- Schedule flexibility: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
- Must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30
