Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct in-home physical therapy evaluations and interventions supporting patient recovery and functional independence across Williamson, Jackson, and Franklin counties. Perform skilled assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete timely OASIS documentation using Homecare Homebase. Provide structured coverage with a 32-hour weekly guarantee, with no on-call or weekend requirements. Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits. This role offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions near Marion, IL, including trails at Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge and hiking at Giant City State Park.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
- Bachelor's degree
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or ability to perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and interventions
- Ability to work coverage across Williamson, Jackson, and Franklin counties
