Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct acute inpatient physical therapy with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF rehab settings, managing patient recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Maintain an 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday coverage available based on hospital operations. Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and coordinate care for adults in acute, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing facility environments. Requires an active state license, BLS certification, and at least six months of acute experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Acute inpatient experience required
- Minimum 6 months of work experience with adults in at least 1 of the following settings: acute, rehab hospital, or SNF
- Hawaii license required by start of assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
