Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a home health setting. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved school. BLS certification is required, with two years of home health experience preferred. Complete assignments in Valdosta, GA, during day shifts with full-time pay.
