Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while using Raintree EMR. Maintain an active state license and complete three HealthStream modules before assignment start. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Assignments range from 13 to 26 weeks with available schedule options including 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s. Full-time pay and benefits are included, with 100% paid housing and travel reimbursement available for this nationwide travel contract.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings post clinicals
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
- Uses Raintree EMR
- Three HealthStream modules must be completed before the assignment
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
