Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a skilled nursing facility in West Caldwell, NJ. Manage caseloads involving geriatric diagnoses and post-operative care while maintaining documentation in electronic medical record systems. Maintain an active New Jersey PT license and BLS certification for this 13-week, Monday through Friday, 5x8 assignment. Paid housing and travel reimbursement are available for this travel contract role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent
- Active New Jersey PT license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems
- Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric diagnoses, post-operative care, and chronic condition management
