Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a new location. Deliver care during 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for four 10-hour schedules and two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Maintain a 30-minute meal break while utilizing Raintree EMR and completing Cypress O/P Screening forms. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree, an active state license, and at least three months of outpatient experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
- Experience with Raintree EMR
- Open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
- Must be open to 4x10 schedules
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
