Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions at an outpatient clinic in Glasgow, KY. Perform documentation and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Supervise therapy support staff, delegate tasks, and participate in student education as assigned. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, an active Kentucky license, and at least three years of outpatient experience. No new graduates accepted. Schedule includes a 5x8 shift pattern over a 13-week assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license
- Outpatient experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Demonstrated competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment plan development, documentation, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy support staff and participate in student education as assigned
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing
- Complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Kentucky Practice Act
- Level 2 background screening
