Job Summary
Conduct patient care in Skilled Nursing Facility settings, assisting individuals with injury recovery and chronic condition management. Deliver mobility training, ADL restoration, and fall prevention programs while documenting progress in electronic medical records. Maintain an active Indiana Physical Therapist license and hold a BLS certification from AHA or ARC. This travel contract offers full-time, direct hire, or temp-to-hire options with 100% paid housing and weekly pay. The role includes travel and license reimbursement, with a comprehensive benefits package starting day one. Located in Rensselaer, IN, the position provides access to regional parks and airports for weekend trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license
