Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and utilize the Raintree EMR system for documentation. Work standard 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts Monday through Friday, with availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 PM. Complete required HealthStream modules prior to placement. This role offers full-time pay, competitive benefits including medical and 401k matching, and 100% paid housing. Jackson Therapy Partners provides travel contracts nationwide with relocation assistance and license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
- New graduates are not accepted
- Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- HealthStream modules
- Direct hire, temp-to-hire, or travel contract employment classification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
