Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for injured patients and manage chronic conditions, focusing primarily on orthopedic caseloads with approximately 70% outpatient coverage and 5–10% inpatient support. Deliver treatments using equipment including Hivamat, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, BiPAP, and therapeutic laser. Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during day shifts from Monday through Friday (08:30–17:00) at the Crawfordsville, IN outpatient facility, completing required HR modules before the first day. Work as a traveling Physical Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners, providing recovery services in diverse clinical settings while supporting patient growth and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Comfortable treating primarily orthopedic diagnoses
- State licensing and credentialing must be current and verifiable prior to start
- Complete any assigned HR education modules prior to first day
