Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care using clinic-approved formats for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Outpatient clinic experience is required, with BLS certification potentially needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Virginia state PT license
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting using clinic-approved formats
- Ability to perform safe patient handling and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to uphold professional codes of conduct and maintain required continuing education per state practice act
