Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care focused on patient-centered outcomes for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Manage a diverse caseload across musculoskeletal and post-operative populations within a collaborative team environment. Complete pre-placement HealthStream modules and utilize the Raintree EMR system. Work Monday through Friday with shift hours from 08:00–16:30, including flexibility for extended hours and two evenings per week until 7:30 PM. Requires an active Massachusetts PT license and at least three months of outpatient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings
- Completion of required HealthStream modules prior to placement
- Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:30 PM
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Schedule flexibility: facility is open to 4x10-hour days, 5x8-hour days, or 4x9 + 1x4 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Raintree EMR
- Productivity experience in the range of 55–63 patients per week
- Experience working varied schedules including extended hours
