Job Summary
Conduct acute nursing care and home health services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain proficiency with OASIS certification and hold an active state license to begin assignments. Provide weekend and holiday coverage as needed while working 8-hour days. Secure full-time pay, benefits, and 100% paid housing through Jackson Therapy Partners' travel contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- MA Physical Therapist License
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
- Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS
- Valid Driver License
- Home Health Certified
- Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
