Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and utilize the Raintree EMR system for documentation. Work standard 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts Monday through Friday, with flexibility to cover two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Ensure BLS certification is current as required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
