Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services including SOC, recerts, evaluations, visits, and discharges for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Provide care in Northumberland, Union, and Snyder counties with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Maintain an active state license in PA and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school; BLS certification may be required. Mileage is reimbursed between visits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Physical Therapy licensure in PA
- Home Health experience required

- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
