Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in skilled nursing settings, supporting patients through rehabilitative programs and managing chronic conditions. Contribute to interdisciplinary team planning and document skilled services according to facility and payer requirements. Maintain an active Florida Physical Therapy license and complete BLS certification. This 13-week assignment offers 35 guaranteed hours per week with Monday through Friday shifts in Hialeah, FL. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Demonstrated competency with common SNF documentation and reimbursement processes
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention
