Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, aiming for 55 to 63 patients weekly. Complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment and maintain an active state license to begin the 13 to 26-week assignment. Work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including two evening shifts until 7:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule. Utilize the Raintree EMR system and utilize ProVenture for career management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
- Must be open to working 2 evenings per week
- All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment
- New graduates not accepted
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
