Job Summary
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and complete BLS certification as required. Document patient progress using the Raintree system. Work standard 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts Monday through Friday, with flexibility for a 4x10 schedule and two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
