Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility setting. Perform standard SNF documentation and therapy scheduling while maintaining an active Michigan Physical Therapy license. Complete five 8-hour day shifts per week, with potential float to other facilities when requested. BLS certification is required, and a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited program is necessary. This travel assignment offers 100% paid housing, weekly pay, and pathways to direct hire or temp-to-hire arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
