Job Summary
Meet with patients to identify needs and goals, then devise detailed treatment plans to achieve those objectives. Execute treatments while exercising personal judgment to modify approaches as needed, ensuring patient safety and continued progress. Motivate and encourage patients throughout the entire recovery process, acting as their partner and advocate from diagnosis to rehabilitation completion. Focus solely on patient quality of life, range of motion, and overall safety. As a New Jersey-licensed Physical Therapist, you will work within a multidisciplinary outpatient practice offering mentorship opportunities and growth paths.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Licensed Physical Therapist
- Ability to communicate and adapt with different patients and personalities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
