Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one patient care with a manual therapy focus, treating roughly 4 patients daily initially and scaling to 6–8 by month three under a named mentor. Gain hands-on experience in aquatic therapy using private heated pools while receiving unlimited continuing education and paid con-ed days. Manage your caseload without weekend shifts, utilizing 15 PTO days in your first year, while the organization covers malpractice insurance, CPR recertifications, and PA licensure costs.
Required Qualifications
- NPTE passed or scheduled
- DPT degree
- Eligible for PA licensure
