Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical limitations in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical examination, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, manual therapy (joint and soft tissue mobilization), therapeutic exercises, modalities, gait training, ADL retraining, and functional mobility work to restore function and reduce pain. Emphasis on movement science, evidence-based practices, patient education, and ongoing professional growth. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current state license.
