Physical Therapist

PRN Physical Therapist needed to evaluate and treat patients as part of the in-house Rehab team. Licensed PT will supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care, maintain documentation, develop and approve treatment plans, participate in discharge planning, communicate with the health team, and coordinate with other departments. The role may involve traveling/float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Requires a valid state license (or eligibility) and ability to work within Medicare and other reimbursement regulations. Prioritizes restorative techniques and ongoing education, with duties including in-service training and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
