Physical Therapist

Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, safety risks, and scope of practice. Evaluate physical, functional, cognitive, and perceptual status to determine safe functional capabilities. Document all evaluations, treatments, and care coordination contacts per facility policies. Independently manage your own case load to maximize effectiveness of the overall care plan. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and facility-specific procedures. Support special projects and designated activities as assigned by leadership. This part-time role offers base compensation of $38.50-$45.00 per hour.
