Job Summary
Providing education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice. Independently managing own caseload to maximize effectiveness of the overall care plan. Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to determine patient capabilities. Documenting evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care. Complying with all applicable laws and facility policies. Participating in mentorship and development programs, including 1:1 mentorship, residency pathways, and continued education opportunities. Benefiting from a comprehensive compensation package including base salary and total compensation, plus relocation/sign-on options.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
