Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 patient care, evaluate physical and functional status, and document all evaluations and treatment plans via appropriate facility policies. Independently manage your own case load to maximize effectiveness of the overall care plan while providing education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, goals, and safety risks. Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and facility-specific policies. Support special projects and other designated activities as assigned by leadership. Join a PT-owned organization offering a two-year cohort program with 48 hours of structured mentorship, APTA-accredited orthopedic residency, and a career path to clinic leadership and potential shareholder status. Full-time role with base compensation of $80,000-$95,000+ located across Sunriver and La Pine outpatient clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months
