Job Summary
Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, safety risks, and scope of practice. Evaluate physical, functional, cognitive, and perceptual status to determine patient capabilities for safe function. Document all evaluations, treatments, and care coordination contacts per facility policy. Independently manage your own case load to maximize the effectiveness of the overall care plan. Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and facility-specific policies. Support special projects and designated activities as assigned by leadership. Join a two-year PT Cohort Program featuring 48 hours of 1:1 mentorship, APTA-accredited orthopedic residency training, and full salary during certification exams. Base compensation ranges from $76,000 to $90,000, with opportunities to advance toward clinic leadership and shareholder status.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months
