Job Summary
Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans with short- and long-term rehabilitation goals. Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants per New York State regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to support resident outcomes, recommend durable medical equipment, and coordinate discharge planning. Maintain therapy equipment and participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives. Located in Dunkirk, NY, this full-time day shift role offers a $34–$38.88/hour rate with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance, and same-day pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Valid New York State Physical Therapist License
