Physical Therapist

Pediatric Physical Therapist role providing PT services for birth to 21 at TKC Therapy/PPEC. Responsibilities include evaluating developmental, neurological, congenital, and musculoskeletal disorders; creating individualized treatment plans; delivering evidence-based therapy (therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait and balance training, use of adaptive devices); thorough documentation; educating families and caregivers; collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists; staying current with field advancements; and adhering to APTA ethics. Requirements include a master’s or doctorate in physical therapy and state licensure, pediatric clinical experience, strong communication, proficiency with assessment tools and assistive technologies, HIPAA compliance, and CPR/BLS certification.
