Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist at TKC Therapy for The Kidz Club (PPEC center). Responsibilities include assessing developmental, congenital, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders in clients birth to 21 years, developing individualized treatment plans, applying evidence-based therapy techniques (therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait training, balance activities, and use of adaptive devices), documenting evaluations and treatment notes, educating families/caregivers, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, and maintaining professional competency through continued education. Requires a master's or doctorate in physical therapy and state licensure; pediatric clinical experience preferred; CPR/BLS certification; proficiency with assessment tools and assistive technologies; HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure in physical therapy
- Clinical experience with pediatric population (strongly preferred)
- CPR (BLS) certificate
