Physical Therapist

Provide patient care, consultative and educational physical therapy services at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care team to improve patient outcomes. Evaluate, administer, and document physical therapy services; establish physical therapy plan of care and goals; re-assess patient progress at appropriate time frames; complete documentation supporting the need for physical therapy services.
