Provide therapy services to patients upon referral, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and related documentation. Evaluate and treat patients to produce effective outcomes while communicating with staff to resolve problems. Demonstrate effective resource utilization critical to operational stability and participate in performance improvement and program growth.
