Physical Therapist

Plan, organize, and implement a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation, and treatment for individual patients referred by a Licensed Independent Practitioner. Provide appropriate and specific assessment and treatment media, approaches, and techniques for general rehabilitation services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Assist with the review and development of department and program policies and procedures, as well as supervise and educate other staff.
