Physical Therapist Telehealth PRN

Provide telehealth physical therapy services to injured workers, including evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation, delivered virtually and in collaboration with a onsite Physical Therapist Assistant as needed. Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based plans focused on restoring function, improving work capacity, and facilitating timely return-to-work, while monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and delivering patient education. Work with providers, case managers, employers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care in a remote setting. Emphasize clinical reasoning, patient-centered communication, and proficiency with telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality care.
